. Refund & Cancellation Policy
Haariz’s Performance Guarantee
To ensure professional accountability, the following refund terms apply:
Late Initial Delivery: A full refund is eligible if the first draft or project files are not delivered within 24 hours of project confirmation, unless a longer timeline was explicitly agreed upon in writing.
Client-Initiated Cancellation: A full refund is available if the client requests to cancel the project within 12 hours of payment, provided no work has been shared.
All refunds are processed via the original payment method and may take 7-14 business days depending on the provider
No-Refund Policy
Because 3D rendering and video editing require significant "up-front" labor and computing power, refunds are not available in the following cases:
After 12 Hours: Once the 12-hour cancellation window has passed, the project is considered "in-production."
Previews & Delivery: Once any preview (watermarked or otherwise), draft, or final file has been sent to the client.
Utilization of Effort: Once creative credits, licensed assets, or significant manual labor (storyboarding, modeling, or timeline assembly) have been utilized.
2. Privacy & Usage Policy
Client Confidentiality
All raw footage, brand assets, and proprietary information shared by the client will be kept strictly confidential and used solely for the purpose of the project.
Portfolio & Credits
As the creator, Rastr reserves the right to:
Display the final output and "Behind the Scenes" process in professional portfolios and social media.
Retain creative credit for the 3D art and editing performed.
Note: If the project requires a full Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) to keep the work private, this must be requested before payment and may incur an additional "Privacy Fee."
Data Retention
Due to the high storage demands of 4K video and 3D project files, project archives are only guaranteed for 30 days after final delivery. Clients are responsible for downloading and backing up their final assets immediately.
